C&R Inc. provides partial Residential Habilitation Services to those who require less teaching, training, and supervision, and full 24-hour Supported Living (a combination of Developmental Disabilities Agency Services and Residential Habilitation Services for those who require a greater level of care, teaching, training, and supervision). We provide qualified staff members to assist with all activities of daily living (i.e., shopping, budgeting, housekeeping, behavior management, meal planning and preparation, personal care, community integration etc).

C&R Inc. provides Developmental Services consisting of individually tailored and integrated services and supports for eligible participants. These supports are designed to teach the people we work with the skills to help them reside successfully in their own homes (with their families or in specialized family homes) and in the community as independently as they are able to become. We provide qualified staff members to teach skills training in all activities of daily living (i.e. shopping, budgeting, housekeeping, behavior management, meal planning and preparation, personal care, commmunity integration, etc).

C&R Inc. provides Community Supported Employment Services for eligible particpants. This program is designed to help the participant find and maintain employment he or she finds rewarding. Our Vocational Coordinator assists the participant by helping to determine the person's interests in job placement, and then in finding a position in the community.

The Job Coach works with the participant in his/her position until the person is able to complete the job to the employer's specifications consistently and can maintain employment without supervision. This includes training to the specific tasks required, as well as training to the social atmosphere of the workplace to assist the person in becoming an integrated member of the work team.
